We are currently in the process of closing on a property in downtown Hillsboro, Oregon. We are so excited to establish a more permanent presence in the community and eager to see how God will use this building. The story of how He has entrusted us with it is truly amazing and you must read about it below. Soon Kingship will be underway on the renovations needed to prepare the building for ministry. This means we are beginning our campaign to raise the $150,000 needed this spring. While raising the funds is important, it will not become our central focus as a church. We remain focused on equipping all for the Kingdom of God and building meaningful relationships as we live the Kingdom out.

It is important that we are not asking anyone to do something that the leadership has not already done themselves. The leaders of Kingship took time to go through a process to help discern how to give beyond our regular giving. This process has resulted in the leadership pledging nearly a third of the needed funds for the campaign. These steps were very valuable to us and we encourage anyone interested in giving to go through them.
1. Examine your Practicals
What are your current finances and the reality of your budget for 2022
2. What are your hopes for Kingship’s Future
Dream… Imagine where God is taking us. What do you envision at this building… what lives will be impacted?
3. Pray
Pray alone and pray with someone else.
Ask for God to provide and ask Him to embolden you to be stretched in new ways to trust Him.
4. Give Generously
If you're married, separately write down what you think you are being called to give. If you're not married, confide in a friend your journey in the process (1-3) and ask them to separately write down with you what you should give.
Then share the amounts with each other and discuss and conclude what should be given.
5. Cheerfully Give
